(Organizational Structure)

大會(General Assembly)

所有會員國共同組成之大會，為最高政策決定機構。

The General Assembly, composed of all member states, is the highest policy-making body.

理事會(Council)

由大會選出之各理事國組成，依據大會之決議，負責制定組織的戰略方針和重大決策。理事會定期召開會議，討論和審議重要議題。理事會由理事會主席領導，下設有各委員會：

一、技術和標準委員會
二、法規和政策委員會
三、環境保護委員會
四、空中交通管理委員會
五、成員國協調委員會。

The Council is composed of member states selected by the General Assembly. Based on the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Council is responsible for formulating the organization's strategic direction and making major decisions. The Council holds regular meetings to discuss and review important issues. The Council is led by the Council Chairman and has several internal committees:

1. Technical and Standards Committee
2. Regulatory and Policy Committee
3. Environmental Protection Committee
4. Air Traffic Management Committee
5. Member States Coordination Committee

秘書處(Secretariat)

為組織最高常駐行政機關，由秘書長領導，下設有:

一、行政局
二、航空航天局
三、航空運輸局
四、組織關係局
五、國際航空培訓處

The Secretariat is the highest permanent administrative body of the organization, led by the Secretary-General. It includes the following divisions:

1. Administrative Bureau
2. Aerospace Bureau
3. Air Transport Bureau
4. Organizational Relations Bureau
5. International Aviation Training Office
