組織介紹(Organization Introduction)

微國國際民航組織（英文：Micro-State International Civil Aviation Organization, 簡寫：MSICAO）成立於2024年5月3號，由白柴咖啡秘書長和拉納卡共和國倡導並得到多國政府支持，之後各國於2024年8月3號，共同於拉納卡共和國拉納卡市舉行第一次國際民航大會並簽屬國際民航公約（拉納卡公約），依照公約正式建立微國國際民航組織，由白柴咖啡擔任秘書長。組織的成立旨在應對微國日益增長的國際民用航空需求，為了國際和平、永續、發展之民航環境，制定各種航空標準及運行程序，以保證全球各地民航機構運作的一致性，提升航空安全和效率，並維護微國際間之民航安全所創立之微國民航專門國際組織。

The Micro-State International Civil Aviation Organization (MSICAO) was established on May 3, 2024, by the Secretary-General of Baichai Coffee and the Republic of Larnaca, with the support of multiple governments. Subsequently, on August 3, 2024, countries gathered in Larnaca City, Republic of Larnaca, to hold the first International Civil Aviation Conference and signed the International Civil Aviation Convention (Larnaca Convention), formally establishing the Micro-State International Civil Aviation Organization, with Baichai Coffee serving as the Secretary-General. The organization was created to address the growing demand for international civil aviation in microstates, with the goal of fostering international peace, sustainability, and development in the civil aviation environment. It sets various aviation standards and operational procedures to ensure consistency in the operation of civil aviation entities worldwide, improving aviation safety and efficiency, and maintaining civil aviation safety between microstates, making it a specialized international organization for microstate civil aviation.

The mission of the Micro-State International Civil Aviation Organization is to promote a peaceful, sustainable, and developed civil aviation environment for microstates, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainable growth. The organization is dedicated to establishing international aviation standards and regulations, providing professional training and certification services, and ensuring the highest standards in global aviation control and management.

成為全球領先的國際航空標準制定機構和航空專業人才培訓中心，促進國際航空業的合作與發展，確保國際民用航空運輸的安全、有序和高效運行，促進全球航空運輸的經濟可持續發展，並確保其對環境的影響最小化。
